A book you love

This is such a great book! It doesn't just tell you what not to eat, it explains to you (in a way you will understand) why certain foods are bad. The book is written as if it is one of your best friends talking some sense into you about what your eating. It does have some adult language and profanity in it so kids, this one isn't for you! If your want to change the way you eat, I highly recommend this book! You will learn some amazing facts about food and some unbelievable truths about the food industry. Its actually quite disturbing.

R.E.S.P.E.C.T

You remember in school how classrooms always had so many rules? No chewing gum, No talking while the teacher was talking, the list goes on and on. Well, I had a teacher in middle school that only had ONE rule in her classroom...RESPECT. I never realized that everything fell under that category! If you had respect for the teacher, you wouldn't be talking while she was trying to teach. If you had respect for your peers, you wouldn't bully or call them names. 

Treat everyone and everything with respect. Everyone deserves it. Treat others the way you want to be treated. Respect others opinions and differences, you dont have to understand it or agree with it, just RESPECT it!

• Humor: I can be very sarcastic at times and I love someone who gets my humor and makes me laugh.
• Compassion: I am an extremely empathic person. It warms my heart to see others who are also genuinely  loving and giving.
• Relationship: The people you surround yourself with says a lot about your character. The way you treat your friends and family is a preview of how you will treat me.
• Interests: You have to love movies!! lol We have to have a few things in common that we enjoy doing together.
• Spirituality: You need to be strong in your faith.

First Jewel Mint!

I finally jumped on the bandwagon and got my first piece from JewelMint!
